Overview of Compliance at MIT

MIT is committed to complying with the laws and regulations affecting the Institute's educational and research enterprises. Through the institutional compliance program, RMCS maintains awareness of applicable laws and regulations, integrates awareness into Institute operations, provides education and training on compliance requirements, and implements systems designed to enhance and coordinate compliance functions. RMCS monitors emerging compliance risks and serves as a resource to departments, labs, centers, and offices across campus.
