Services we provide:
- Risk identification: An interactive workshop in which participants brainstorm the behavioral, compliance, financial, operational, reputational and/or safety risks that could impact their unit’s ability to meet its objectives. Following the workshop, our office will consolidate the information collected and provide you with your unit’s “risk inventory” which can then be used as the starting point for your risk assessment.
- Risk assessment: An interactive exercise in which participants evaluate their unit’s inventory of risks based on each risk’s potential impact and likelihood of occurring using standardized evaluation criteria. Following the exercise, our office will consolidate the data and provide you with your unit’s “risk heat map.” The heat map will help your team determine where it may be most beneficial to focus your time and attention on risk preparedness.
- Risk preparedness: An interactive session in which participants answer a series of questions to help determine how well their unit is prepared to prevent, mitigate and respond to potential risk events. Following the session, our office will provide you with analysis of your unit’s risk preparedness status including improvement suggestions.
